Registration for RAGBRAI - directions on this have been sent to you via email and are also posted on the "2023 Register and Pay Fees" page - just click on that link in the main navigation bar above. RAGBRAI registration prior to 3/1 is $200, and after 3/1 it goes up to $225, so we encourage you to register with RAGBRAI as quickly as possible- remember, you must be registered with RAGBRAI to ride with Team High Life.

Team fees will include transportation for you and all your gear to and from Des Moines, tote for your personal belongings, 2 team T-Shirts, showers, team stickers, access to a generator to charge cell phones, (or anything else you may need it for), and bus rides for any day that you would like a break from riding your bike. As many of you know it also includes a great support crew that secures an awesome campsite each night and most important they keep the HIGH LIFE along with all other beverages on ice.
Team fees had to be increased this year to $375 for the week if paid by June 15th, then will increase to $395 after. Individual days will be $80/day if paid by June 15th, then will increase to $90/day after.
We are asking that riders make a decision on whether riding individual bikes or a tandem bike for the week. If you really feel you need to bring both and if we have room, there will be a $50 fee for extra bikes above and beyond one bike per rider or one tandem for two riders. This is due to limited space, and the extra work required to handle the additional bikes, particularly on the first day when we're trying to get all riders and bikes to the starting point. Even if you want to pay the extra charge, please understand we simply may not be able to carry all extra bikes requested.
Once we've determined the number of individual riders, etc. we will know whether there is room for any extra bikes and will consider requests. All requests to carry extra bikes must be communicated to us by June 15th at the latest. But we're asking you to just decide upfront whether you want to ride the week single or tandem and bring one or the other. You know we will always try to accommodate all situations, but please work with us to keep things simple.
The team fee includes beers such as High Life, Miller Light, Coors Light and comparable priced beers and other comparable refreshments if requested. Requests for more expensive specific beers may require you to pay the difference to keep our prices low for everyone. We will only supply hard liquor by request, and you pay full price - totally separate from team fees. Team fees also covers some snacks, water, Gatorade, gallon water to fill your water bottles to start off the day, and ice to keep all beverages cold in the many coolers we provide. We'll keep a request list on the bus for our support crew to fill reasonable requests daily.
Looking after the future of Team High Life, we have constructed a liability waiver for everyone to sign prior to RAGBRAI each year - this had to be slightly modified this year to include all things Covid. We want to help ensure we can keep this great team going for many years to come. Waiver's are available on this web site to read through and sign in advance of the day we leave. We will also have extra copies available the Saturday morning we leave for those who need them. Please send liability waiver via normal mail following the instructions below. We hope everyone understands our position on this matter.
